We proudly offer shipping across Lebanon. Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external conditions.

While we strive to ensure your order reaches you on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather or natural events (such as storms or floods)

Order Inspection and Acceptance:
Upon delivery, customers are required to carefully inspect their order before signing or accepting the package from the courier.

If you notice any issues (such as damage, wrong item, missing items), please inform the delivery agent immediately and refuse the package.

Once the order has been accepted and signed for, it is considered final.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted after acceptance.

Breakage Policy:
Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage. However, because many of our items are packaged in glass containers, they are fragile.

We are not responsible for any breakage that occurs after you have accepted the delivery.

Breakage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery if visible.

No return or exchange is possible for broken items once delivery is accepted.

Payment Terms:
Payment for your order must be made immediately upon delivery.

We accept cash on delivery (COD) payments.

Delayed payment is not permitted. The courier is instructed to collect payment at the time of handing over the order.

Failure to make payment will result in the order being canceled and returned.
