Return and Refund Policy
At Karoma, we take great pride in offering premium-quality, carefully crafted products. Due to the nature of our items and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been inspected and accepted at the time of delivery.
Order Inspection:
Upon receiving your order, you must carefully inspect the items before accepting them from the delivery agent.
If you notice any damage, missing items, or discrepancies, you must refuse the package and report the issue immediately to the courier at the time of delivery.
Once the package is accepted and signed for, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Breakage or Damages:
Our products, including those packaged in glass bottles, are fragile.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery acceptance.
If visible breakage is detected at the time of delivery, you must refuse the order so we can address the issue.

No returns or replacements will be possible for items reported damaged after acceptance.
Refunds:
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances once the order has been accepted.
Refunds are not available for reasons including, but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with scent, personal preferences, or misuse of the product.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
Orders that have already been prepared, dispatched, or are out for delivery cannot be canceled.
Important Notice:
Karoma products are for external use only. They do not contain SPF. Customers are responsible for following the usage instructions provided.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions, misuse, or consequences resulting from improper use of our products.
Customer Responsibility:
By placing an order with Karoma, you agree to review, inspect, and accept your order at the time of delivery and understand that no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be offered thereafter.
